Trauma-Informed Teaching

Becoming a Trauma-Informed educator is vital within CRT. Trauma deeply affects the brain and the way in which it develops. Many popular behavioral management strategies can invoke more harm, so it is imperative that educators understand the fundamentals of cognitive development, as well as conscious ways to support students who have experienced trauma.
